The company was founded in 1970, creating the first jewellery boutique in Denia in 1974;  followed by a work-shop. From here our jewellery designs were created,exhibited and later represented by some of the most high class jewellery shops of Spain. Due to our success in the International Valencian Jewellery fair we later became very well represented in high class jewellery shops overseas due to our futuristic flair as against the usual classic style, often found in jewellery shops.In 1984 our company was chosen by The World Gold Council, together with ten other Spanish Designers, to represent Spanish Jewellery around the world under the title " Gold Is The New Fashion," publishing our designs in all the best professional magazines in the developed world. We were also approached by a major department store chain to market our designs on their premises. We were later contacted by Harrods of London and also by similar American and French chain stores with a view to selling our designs overseas. However we felt that such rapid expansion would entail mass production of individual designs and have a detrimental effect by reducing their value. We believe that if the quality is right our reputation will grow and people will come to us. We therefore decided in 1984 that if we were to expand we would do so under our own name and own outlets in order to maintain our quality of service. We were pleased to achieve this in 1990 by opening a further three more shops: SWATCH SHOP-IN-SHOP, situated in the center of Denia in the street carlos senti,1.
